Refunds

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Exchanges
If you'd like a different color or variant, we recommend requesting a return (if eligible) and placing a new order for your preferred option.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for items that:
- Show excessive signs of wear or damage not caused during shipping.
- Are returned without prior authorization.
- Are missing essential parts or accessories included with the original order.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this period, your order may already be processed for shipment and can no longer be canceled.
